My service advisor quit and didn't file any paperwork on my car, consequently my car sat on your lot ignored until I called enough times to get someone to find it. Service dept is a joke! ! Never bring your viechel here for service. They don't keep parts in stock. For viechels that are coming in for simple repairs. Even when they know w ! They will pull your viechel around back. Keep it for a hair and a half. Then come out and tell you that they need to order the part. That they knew needed to be fixes before it got there a week in advance. It's a joke and a waist of your time. And your money. Find a different repair shop if you want save your money and your time.
