After having some time to think about my purchase and everything that happened, I’ve decided to change my review. I keep receiving emails and flyers congratulating me on my “brand-new” truck. Every time I receive one, it reminds me that, technically, the truck I purchased had 4,300 miles on it and already had wear and tear. It had scratches on the interior, scratches on the exterior, and dents in the bed. Yes, I understand it was considered a new vehicle because of how it was titled and sold, but from a buyer’s perspective, 4,300 miles and visible wear make it feel more like a slightly used truck than a brand-new one. I paid over $59,000 for the truck. The dealership did agree to take care of some of the dents, and I do appreciate that. They also gave me more for my trade, which helped with the overall numbers. However, after having time to look back at everything, I still feel like I could have gotten a better deal. What bothers me most is that, for a vehicle being presented as “brand-new,” I wasn’t offered anything like complimentary oil changes, tire rotations, or other service incentives. Considering the amount of money I spent and the fact that the truck already had 4,300 miles and noticeable wear, I feel like there should have been more consideration given to the condition of the vehicle or some additional value included in the deal. I’m happy with the truck itself, and I appreciate the people who helped me during the purchase. My issue is with the overall deal. Looking back, I feel like I may have focused too much on the trade value and the monthly numbers and not enough on the actual condition and overall price of the truck. I’m not saying anyone intentionally took advantage of me, but after having time to think about it, I can’t shake the feeling that I could have gotten a better deal. I’m sharing this review because I believe it’s important to be honest about the entire experience—not just the parts that went well. I hate to be able to have to say this, but this is the worst rudest disrespectful service I’ve ever gotten from Managment. The workers did fine. The receptionist stood fine but the Managment we have had calls in numerous times to both the service manager into the general manager with assurance from the secretary that they will give them a message and make sure they call us back. You’ve had our vehicle for over six months and I know it is done and you guys promised when we brought it in that it would be sent back to us since it’s gonna take so long. The worst part is is that both the general manager and the service manager we put many of messages into them and they haven’t even had the common courtesy to call us back this is totally unacceptable from a business. I don’t know how much further we need to go maybe I’ll be able to help us but you know a company that their management sucks. The spa is unacceptable not even a callback not even a note back. The secretary has said that she’ll make sure she gives them the message and still nothing back. I guess if this is the way your management is, how can the rest of your service be any good? You’ve had our car for over six months now and I know it’s been done. We received that from The Chrysler corporation so I guess what I need to say is that you need some new Managment in there with the general manager and I’m down to the service manager you have great people working for you but punishment isn’t very good. Came in for a recall and two other issues, they fixed all the issues to include identified an additional one, thankfully covered under warranty.
