Took my vehicle for service. Noel was the Service Advisor. Told me untrue things. Said vehicle would be ready on three different days only to have it not ready. Although Noel said she was paying for it out of her pocket but then said that Lane Manger wouldn't approve it after so many days. Told me that the AC regeneration system would need to be replaced. After speaking with person doing the work it was the AC evaporator coil that needed to be replaced. Very labor intense according to Noel 10 hours that then turned into 11 hours of labor. Took eight days to get my vehicle back. If parts had to be ordered or I was told it would be a week to fix than it wouldn't have been problematic. Very dissatisfied. Price to complete all the work I needed done including AC repair was over $5,500 and when I declined work Noel came down to $3,200.. Pretty sketchy More

Simple oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour 45 minutes and that was with an appointment. Upon arrival it took 15 minutes just to get written up and there was no one in front of me. Another 1.5 hou minutes and that was with an appointment. Upon arrival it took 15 minutes just to get written up and there was no one in front of me. Another 1.5 hours to complete the work. I do these in my driveway in 25 minutes including topping off all fluids and checking / replacing the air filter, and I'm 72 and laying on the ground to perform the task. Only reason for even taking it in was for the Jeep Wave free oil change or i would have done it myself using better oil and filter than the factory. More

I went to this dealership for help with my 2023 Ram and it turned into a sales for those that I thought would be of help. It was a case of the Ram not being able to tow the weight I needed it to tow and it turned into a sales for those that I thought would be of help. It was a case of the Ram not being able to tow the weight I needed it to tow and the service manager saw it as an opportunity to make a sale even though I had a copy of a Ram form showing that the Ram was capable to pull that weight I needed.
