Had a great experience. After getting checked in everyone was courteous and helpful. But, it was really busy when I walked in, there was no clear ‘check in’ area. All the employees were so busy they didn’t even lift their head. Having someone say “Hi, if you don’t mind waiting here someone will be with you in a moment” would have been very helpful. Did a good job, but had the for car six weeks for repair. I could not afford a rental and my wife has three doctors visit per week. If they exceed two weeks they should provide a rental.
