Service Department is very good. Had great experiences with Andrew Horvath and Kyle Denison. Sales Department was the worst, Never would I consider buying a vehicle from Gettle. Two plus hours for a oil change is way too long for me. Every one was nice enough, but as I was pulling away, I noticed a oil spot on my leather seat. I have always gone to Gettel since we brought our truck in 2014. I would never take my Chevy Silverado to any one else! I live in North Fort Myers, it is soo worth it to go into Punta Gorda. Sorry to say they mis diagnosed my cars problem. Had a GM tech review the video that Gettel tech sent me. Just about everything the Gettel tech said was wrong. He also said he did a pressure test wh Had a GM tech review the video that Gettel tech sent me. Just about everything the Gettel tech said was wrong. He also said he did a pressure test which is not true. Sad More

Well at first I thought that maybe you guys may have overbooked appointments. My appointment was at 8:00 and it was just so many people there. It could have been walking, or over booking.
