In regards to the length of time that we had your vehicle; there are many factors that cause delays: parts availability, insurance approvals and availability in the paint booth to name a few. This seems to be a generic boiler plate response. I’m my case there was absolutely no delay with insurance approvals or collections from Liberty. I followed up with them personally. They sent payment BEFORE Gettel ever even began work on my vehicle. There is a lack of efficiency and organization at this location. The fact that a phone message cannot be returned multiple times, and zero updates given along the way speak to that. A customer should not have to DRIVE to the location to get a status update on their vehicle. Communication is needed to manage customer expectations as well as allow for coordination with my insurance company to continue to approve partial payment on the 4 month rental car.
