I had to wait about 2 or 3 weeks to get an appointment when I did bring the Tahoe in the correct work was not done and the problem I brought it in for could not be solved. They had our car for 4. 5 months with absolutely no communication from them or any reply to 4 voicemails or 4 emails to the shop manager asking for any update. When I bough 5 months with absolutely no communication from them or any reply to 4 voicemails or 4 emails to the shop manager asking for any update. When I bought the car in I was told that if our insurance company rental was longer than our coverage allowed they would do something towards our deductible. Even though we paid an additional $500 plus I had to pay the deductible before they would give me the car. So, wouldn’t recommend Gettel Auto Body to anyone based on our experience. More
