Being single and not having much knowledge of car maintenance, I depended upon family members and friends to advise me and they ALL told me the work wasn't necessary. I'm always hearing stories about people, especially women, being taken advantage of by feeling pressured to agree to more services creating more expenses, most of which would not be covered by warranties. I wouldn't like to think Gettel Chevrolet would be encouraging their employees to find more services to provide for customers based on opportunities to bring in more revenue for the dealership. More

Considering the circumstances my car was in accident and they did a half xxx job and missed several spots. Then had them correct it only to find out a month or two later they installed fender wrong using ta they did a half xxx job and missed several spots. Upset because appointment was made three weeks for wiper blades, when I got there they did the service, grease, oil, rotate tires, etc., then was told they had to order front wiper blades. So I decided to get them at Advanced Auto the next day, called and cancelled the order. More
