First appointment was made for January 17. No call from Gettel. When I called in March. They said no parts had arrived. I contacted them .Air pockets in light diffuser stickers. Finally completed at 1145 after I had stopped in around 10am.I am not happy with service!!! More

The parts dept. Was able to order the part i needed and have it less that 24 hours later. Thank you for letting us write this review. Andrew took my wife's Tahoe in which had faulty rear shock absorbers and was on drivable and had them replaced within 72 hours. He made no promises on that because at this time of the year the dealership is extremely busy with snowbirds. But he did a very fast turnaround and great repair as usual. He is one of the best if not the best service advisor we have encountered during our lifetime of purchasing new vehicles. We highly recommend Gettel Automotive More
