I had a 10:30 appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to get checked in. I was told later in the afternoon. So, after wasting a whole day of my 7 day vacation and my first time at this dealership I won’t be back. They were not accommodating at all and didn’t seem to care. The truck is under warranty with 6k miles which I had to convince them of. Are you kidding!! More

Had a SCHEDULED service appointment for 10:30 AM to address a squealing noise coming from the wheels/axle area. After not hearing a word on my truck all day, I texted "Christian" at 4:28 PM (6 hours) and asked if I would be getting my truck back soon. Christian called me back in about 15 minutes to tell me they hadn't even looked at it and I'd have to leave it another day. I advised him that was not an option and went and picked up my truck. I fully understand being busy and backed up, but I feel an advisory phone call or text about the delay should have been made. I lost the use of my truck for an entire day and would likely have gone without it for a second day had I left it. Unsatisfactory. More
Was given a cause and price,$680 to fix a leak on our Cadillac. After 2 days it continued to leak the same color fluid. We were told it would cost $1200 this time to fix this leak. Had we known it was Cadillac. After 2 days it continued to leak the same color fluid. We were told it would cost $1200 this time to fix this leak.
