Your service department messed up on 3 different occasions in the past 5 years. The body shop was also terrible. I drove in to Gettel GMC to have a rear wiper blade replaced on my Acadia. I did not have an appointment and asked if they would be able to help me with this. They said they could and suggested that replaced on my Acadia. I did not have an appointment and asked if they would be able to help me with this. They said they could and suggested that I also replace the windshield wiper blades since they probably have worn the same as the rear one. I agreed and they took my vehicle right in. My vehicle was finished in about an hour. The service people were very courteous and very accommodating. I could not believe the quick turnaround and fair pricing. Thank you Gettel. More

I get ZERO COMMUNICATION…. I HAVE TO CALL CONSTANTLY! I NEVER EVEN GET CALL BACKS AND THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE IN BODY SHOP AREA ARE NEVER HELPFUL I WILL NEVER USE TH I HAVE TO CALL CONSTANTLY!
