Visits to car dealers, whether purchasing or having service done is usually a close second to a root canal. Krystle Ross was her name and she was a joy to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice. I think the world could use more people like her and you are lucky to have her at your dealership. More
gave my truck to them because of a lifter collapse and got it back with the check engine light blinking (this happend 3 times btw) they only replaced the one side of the lifter failure and not both and th got it back with the check engine light blinking (this happend 3 times btw) they only replaced the one side of the lifter failure and not both and they gave it back so they ran it with all the metal shaving in the oil running it through the oil pumps and everything so the metal shaving will stay in that oil no matter the oil changes you do and proceed to mess up the motor even worse in the future and all the managers have to say is sorry. if i could rate it 0 stars I would. On Sunday February 18 I was driving Cheverolet Equinox on I-75 when my wipers suddenly stopped working. I was able to get to the next exit and to a gas station. I could not get them to work so I searched on I-75 when my wipers suddenly stopped working. I was able to get to the next exit and to a gas station. I could not get them to work so I searched on my phone for the nearest Chevrolet dealership. Gettel was about 6 miles away so, with the flashers on, I drove to dealership. My plan was to leave my vehicle to be repaired and get a car from the dealership to drive back to my home in Cape Coral. I meet up with an employee in the lobby and explained my situation. He said I could fill out a form and leave it and the keys in the drop box but he couldn't give me a car to drive home. I asked if I could rent a car. I had no way to drive my car home it was raining. He said he couldn't help me. He stated I could drive to the airport and rent a car. I had already driven in the rain with my flashers on to get to the dealership. He said he could sell me a car but other than that he couldn't help me. I have purchased over a dozen GM cars and trucks over the last 40 years. I presently own two trucks and the Equinox. This employee didn't care that I was stranded. He offered no assistance at all. I ended up driving, in the rain, to the airport. I had to call a friend in Cape Coral to come and get me because the airport car rental didn't have any cars. I urge everyone to not do business with this dealership. This employee was only interested in making money. More
