Failure to deliver Bought a 2017 Colorado. Sales ordered and I paid for factory hitch and harness. Vehicle delivered with 1 key. Was told 2nd key and 2 fobs ordered and Bought a 2017 Colorado. Received call asking how truck was 5 weeks after purchase and 1 weeek after parts were to arrive. Complained about last of communication regarding parts was told" we are very sorry I will look into it and call you tomorrow". Call never came. Emailed salesman and general manager of dealership with no response. I will take this further up the ladder. Gettel forgets your name as soon as sale is complete. Be wary of Gettel. More
