Had my 2018 Equinox in to check the engine light codes. George was my Service Advisor. Very knowledgeable. Checked the codes with his OBD reader and had Service check the charging system. No current problems as codes were due to changing out battery. No charge for Diagnosis or Service. Very happy with the visit. Felt comfortable with everything being OK. More

Chad was our salesman. He was very polite and helpful. After that, look out. BEWARE when you are doing the financing. They are very nice and helpful. Watch out for what they tack onto your invoice. What we paid for and what we got didn't match what they told us we were getting. If you decide to buy here just BEWARE and keep your eyes wide open. They sold us a plan that could only be used in Punta Gorda and the car we bought for a family member is in Alabama so it is worthless. Luckily, the dealership he took it to canceled that policy and we are getting our money back. Will never buy a car here again. BEWARE! More
