I traded my newer car in and they gave me an older car to drive. The older car was a Chevy tracks 2016. The salesman told me it had all these inspections and tuneups. This was not so shortly after I had the car the brakes went out. They did pay for that but I talk to the mechanic they never had those inspected. Then the car kept hesitating and missing and it was a coil pack which was really rusty and spark plugs. They could’ve never inspected those either. It cost me $636 for a coil pack and spark plugs. I talk to my salesman and I talk to the manager of the used cars and he said oh well you know we might be able to get you some money back or get you in another car. My salesman when I called will talk to me but he’ll just say so do you want money back or do you want another car. However, he never calls me back and says they’re going to do anything. I want many cars from this dealership and I taking my car is in faithfully for service. However I will not go back to that car dealership anymore they will get no more my new car business or my service business. I feel they took advantage of an older LadyI know now they really don’t care about me at all. More

Went to Gettel Chevrolet on Oct 28th to put a deposit on a 2021 Traverse, They said they had one coming in on Nov 14th gave me the Vin Number and took a 500.00 deposit, I told them I am a GM family member s a 2021 Traverse, They said they had one coming in on Nov 14th gave me the Vin Number and took a 500.00 deposit, I told them I am a GM family member so I can get the GM discount They brought the receipt and added wheel well mouldings at 299.00 and added driver and passenger window tint 2 windows at 499.00 then added 1980s pinstripe at 149.00 then added door edge guard at 299.00 then added a 2.00 touch screan guard at 199.00 for a grand total of 1445.00 that are dealer installed when the vehicle arrives, I said I dont want those options, they said you have to have them, thats how we make money, so I accepted it, not happy though, I did not hear from them so I called on the 16th they said the vehicle was in Arcadia expecting it today, heard nothing, called back on the Nov 20th they said it was in Tampa and then told me it might be out back? they called me back later that day and said they sold it to someone else and that someone else took a deposit on the same vehicle, they would have to order me one their profits are less when they honor GM family discounts So I asked them to prove to me that they took a deposit from someone else on the day or before the day of my deposit and the said they couldn't produce that, so I told them my family, friends and I will never buy a car from Gettel ever, and told them to send my deposit back they are Liars and wasted a month of my time More
