Worst buying experience ever. I bought a used car. No warranty, but was assured it would go through a detailed 120(?) point inspection and would be a safe vehicle in good working I bought a used car. No warranty, but was assured it would go through a detailed 120(?) point inspection and would be a safe vehicle in good working order. A tire had to be fixed because it was low on test drive and for the week following the purchase. The a/c was inconsistent with turning on. And 2-3 weeks after purchase, the check engine light was on which was a bad catalytic converter. After contacting them they did pay for the diagnostic to confirm the bad catalytic converter, and gave a slight discount. When I got the car back from that service, the receipt shows 2 other significant issues. If the mechanic could find these issues while inspecting the car after a repair, why couldn’t it be found on this detailed initial inspection before I took ownership of the vehicle?? The people in the service center were great but I should not have needed it to be repaired that soon in the first place. I will not recommend this dealership, ever. More
