We purchased a new 2022 Buick Envision and everything went smoothly except for the "dealer installed add-ons" such as the all-weather floor liners and wheel locks. Neither item was installed when we were went smoothly except for the "dealer installed add-ons" such as the all-weather floor liners and wheel locks. Neither item was installed when we were given the keys to take the car home. We had to go back a week later to get the floor liners and and then we went back a month later to get the "dealer-installed" wheel locks which were handed to us for us to install ourselves because the service department did not have time to install the locks. Evidently when you pay Gettel for "dealer-installed" items you should not expect them to actually install the items but only for them to charge you for installation that they do not perform. This was very disappointing and they need to get better at prepping cars that they sell. More
