Went car shopping and first stop was Gettel Chevrolet Buick. Ended up buying a Ford Explorer. It had a spot on the hood and the body shop did a beautiful job repairing it. Upon driving the car we noticed Buick. Ended up buying a Ford Explorer. It had a spot on the hood and the body shop did a beautiful job repairing it. Upon driving the car we noticed it was hesitating and had a bit of chug. We brought it back and it had a recall that needed to be taken care of. The parts were ordered from Gettel Lincoln and when the car went in for repair they noticed another problem. They had the car for a week which we knew ahead of time. Today picked it up, drove it home. Feels wonderful!! When we purchased the car we also purchased the additional warranty which was fantastic. We have a fully repaired vehicle that’s just like new. Thanks to Gettel, Christopher in Service at Gettel Chevrolet and Buick and Steve at Gettel Lincoln. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful.
