Went in to see about trading in my car, not having a clue on what I wanted. Levi gave me all the information I needed and was very knowledgeable and kind the entire time. We are giving a 4 instead of 5 because they were unable to replace a piece of damaged and discontinued trim. We would have appreciated if we had a “heads up” regarding this problem before we picked up o to replace a piece of damaged and discontinued trim. We would have appreciated if we had a “heads up” regarding this problem before we picked up our vehicle. Then we could have decided if we wanted trim from the other side of the vehicle removed to match the damaged side. Otherwise, the work done was great! More
