Had a SCHEDULED service appointment for 10:30 AM to address a squealing noise coming from the wheels/axle area. Arrived and left vehicle at 10:20. got an immediate text message advising me to address a address a squealing noise coming from the wheels/axle area. Arrived and left vehicle at 10:20. got an immediate text message advising me to address any questions to Christian. They allegedly have no loaners so Uber was offered. Had wife pick me up. After not hearing a word on my truck all day, I texted "Christian" at 4:28 PM (6 hours) and asked if I would be getting my truck back soon. Christian called me back in about 15 minutes to tell me they hadn't even looked at it and I'd have to leave it another day. I advised him that was not an option and went and picked up my truck. I fully understand being busy and backed up, but I feel an advisory phone call or text about the delay should have been made. I lost the use of my truck for an entire day and would likely have gone without it for a second day had I left it. Unsatisfactory. More

Was given a cause and price,$680 to fix a leak on our Cadillac. After 2 days it continued to leak the same color fluid. We were told it would cost $1200 this time to fix this leak. Had we known it was Cadillac. After 2 days it continued to leak the same color fluid. We were told it would cost $1200 this time to fix this leak. Had we known it was actually an $1800 leak on our 19 year old car we would have declined any repair. No other recourse was given to us at that point, just too bad. More

I wouldn't consider any other dealership. The politeness, the explanations, the follow-up after service. They walk me to my car after service! They open my door for me!
