I was assigned a Service Rep but had to wait for him while five other Reps had no one. I was told to arrive by 7:30AM. I was there at 7:15, first vehicle in line but four customers arriving after me w while five other Reps had no one. I was told to arrive by 7:30AM. Other customers behind me stood at the door like Black Friday and were served before me. I don't necessarily fault my adviser Cody because I may not understand your 'check in' process but I believe in first come, first served. More

Mozart, my Service Dog, insisted we go to Gettel where they "treat you good" to look at the Chevy Equinox vans. We are on a fixed income and watch what we spend.
