First off, I was totally shocked when I received the call that my vehicle was ready for pick up after only 2 weeks. The service and kindness my daughter and I received when we picked up her vehicle was just that my vehicle was ready for pick up after only 2 weeks. My vehicle was held up for several months in the shipping process. I have many friends suffering through the same delay but they’re frustrated with the lack of communication from their dealership associate. process. Mike, however, was super communicative while we waited for my vehicle to arrive on the lot which made for an overall wonderful experience. Additionally, when my vehicle did arrive, Mike notified me first thing in the morning, prepped all of my paperwork before I got to the dealership, and hustled to get the car ready so I could take it home the same day it came in. Lastly, Mike and the other associates made my dog feel like the belle of the ball while we worked to finalize the financing. Great experience and well worth bypassing my local dealerships to make the drive to Gettel. Thank you! More
