Brought SUV in for oil change, sensors in two tires, and Siri keeps coming on at intervals. Was told my vehicle was ready. Got into vehicle, started it and sensors lights came on. Went back in and Kyle came Siri keeps coming on at intervals. Was told my vehicle was ready. Got into vehicle, started it and sensors lights came on. Went back in and Kyle came out and took it back to service center only to discover they hadn’t even done the oil change. Someone dropped the ball somewhere along the line. Wasn’t too happy to spend another hour there. More

When comming in for service I was assigned a service writer and the one I was assigned had another customer and the other 5 writers were not with a customer and I had to wait 10 - 15 minutes. Also no lo writer and the one I was assigned had another customer and the other 5 writers were not with a customer and I had to wait 10 - 15 minutes. Also no loaner cars and had to ride a uber home and find a ride back to pick up the car. Not very good customer service.if there was another dealer in the area I would go there. More
