Came to have my windshield washer fixed a week after I booked the appointment . Having had no communication to the contrary , I arrived at the designated time and eas told the repair part was back logged booked the appointment . Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told my appointment didn’t “update” to the system! I was told this happens a lot! There was only ONE service representative on duty therefore everyone was h appointment didn’t “update” to the system! I was told this happens a lot! There was only ONE service representative on duty therefore everyone was having to wait much longer than they should! After seeing my vehicle pull up in the “completed” lane my wife and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes just to check out! Having only one service representative on duty is no way to treat customers!!! Horrible experience!!!! More
