Jimmy, I do apologize your experience with us warranted a one-star review. It is required to put away sugary snacks/drinks when our service department is getting ready to close. There is water, coffee and tea still left out for every client to enjoy. Part of our service process is a complimentary inspection where tires are looked at and no nail was reported being on our lot. When we received your call about a tire puncture, our service department had already closed and we had no technicians on site to assist. An advisor did recommend using the inflator kit to get the vehicle back to the shop where a loaner was offered while we get the vehicle fixed the next morning. We are sorry you were unable to make it back in and had to take care of this issue yourself.
