The person who helped me had a bad attitude because I didn’t want an additional service. They responded to my questions in a bad way. I was in a hurry and didn’t want an additional service, only to chang didn’t want an additional service. They responded to my questions in a bad way. I was in a hurry and didn’t want an additional service, only to change my oil and in the end they didn’t give me the maintenance paper of what services was done to my car and just only handed me the car keys. I am an Acura customer since years back and to be honest I don’t want to continue my services here. I hope you guys can improve in the future along with your employees attitudes. More

I rate no star the service pertaining to the red paint we bought more than 6 months ago (and Paid for it 6 months ago) and I was told that is in backorder coming from China! Came in for a simple oil change. Went home and discovered oil spots all over the inside of my passenger front wheel. Called dealership and they didn't know what that could be and tol Went home and discovered oil spots all over the inside of my passenger front wheel. Called dealership and they didn't know what that could be and told me to bring it back. We live 30 mins away so I had to inconveniently drive back to dealership. They said it was oil that got on wheel after opening the oil filter (which has never happened before). They cleaned the inside of the wheel (which should have been done after it happened) and sent me on my way with an apology. My expectation was for Jorge to give me a future oil change credit for their error and my trouble/ inconvenience. More
