Auto butler & leather seat treatment was done professionally & the result was very satisfactory.Also, I was treated well by the lady who administered those services. My only complaint was that Acura charges a 3% tax when a credit card is used but they don’t tell you in advance so you can bring a check. This is the second time I have been tricked by Acura into paying extra. This is unconscionable, especially when I go for my 25,000 mile service & the bill is in the hundreds of dollars.The customer needs to be told about the 3% charge up front when he schedules an appointment for his service so he can bring a check for payment. If not, I will try a Honda dealer for my service next time. More
