After getting my car serviced with Gettel’s Acura Service Dept., over the last several years, I will always have to consider how good other dealership’s service dept. rate with their customers. I have had my car there for a week for a recall notice, and have not heard a word back since. They said I would hear something in 2-3 days, and when I called to find out status a week later.
