Ann, the receptionist, saved my experience from being a disaster by simply explaining the process for a first time service customer & making sure a service advisor called me back to answer my remaining que disaster by simply explaining the process for a first time service customer & making sure a service advisor called me back to answer my remaining questions. After getting my car serviced with Gettel’s Acura Service Dept., over the last several years, I will always have to consider how good other dealership’s service dept. rate with their customers.
