Chad was great to work with. He was professional, up front and fulfilled the deal he said he would so that I would take the time to drive up from Ft Myers for the transaction. No surprises or hidden stuff from him so I was thankful for that. Don't hold the rest of of this review against him (it was out of his control) but the Finance Dept needs to get it's act together. What was supposed to be about 1:30-2Hr total transaction from the time I got there to the time I left ended up being about 5 hours. Chad's portion was fine, but I waited hours in the TV area for finance and it wasn't even busy. That was a miserable experience and ended up missing my son's birthday dinner. Chad hung around 2 hours later than he was supposed to until I was done with finance and I commend him for that. More
