I had a great experience buying my new toyota 4 runner from Gettel Toyota. I lived half-way across the state yet they worked with me and everyone from the receptionist to Vlad himself really made it easy. from Gettel Toyota. The person who helped me had a bad attitude because I didn’t want an additional service. They responded to my questions in a bad way. I was in a hurry and didn’t want an additional service, only to chang didn’t want an additional service. They responded to my questions in a bad way. I was in a hurry and didn’t want an additional service, only to change my oil and in the end they didn’t give me the maintenance paper of what services was done to my car and just only handed me the car keys. I am an Acura customer since years back and to be honest I don’t want to continue my services here. I hope you guys can improve in the future along with your employees attitudes. More
