My wife and I were more than pleased with the entire process of buying or 2009 Acura MDX. From the moment we walked onto the lot , Daniel handled us with respect and honesty. He only informed us when process of buying or 2009 Acura MDX. From the moment we walked onto the lot , Daniel handled us with respect and honesty. He only informed us when asked and was never pushy. once we figured out the specific car we wanted, Chuck was there to explain the bottom line to us. Just like Daniel, Chuck went above and beyond his duties as sales manager, and spent whatever time we needed to inform us, lay out various options, and help us with our trade. Never at any time was he pushy, rushed or in a hurry to close his deal. Simply put, the deal was a good one for us and Gettel Acura. We will refer all our friends to Chuck and Daniel. They really made and continue to make a difference in owning an Acura. More
