We love Gettel and Lucy and Jarmo. We would not buy anywhere else. We feel like they are our children. We feel very confident going to Gettel. Bill demonstrated what I hope is a new standard in customer service and overall demeanor when buying a car. At no time were any of the stereotypes so many have come to expect when entering a dealership displayed. Bill was patient, he was friendly but not fake, he was sensitive to our questions and was quick to display his in-depth knowledge of the product without it being obnoxious and overly rehearsed. Bill served as an instrumental factor in our decision making. He spoke highly of the organization, he introduced us to the service advisor, the management team, and was sure to make it clear he was available to handle any questions or concerns we might have after we purchased the vehicle. Bill's approach should be used as a training guide to instill the correct way to earn a customers trust and respect. I was surprised to learn that was not formally trained at the corporate level. I was certain he was installed by Acura corporate as new generation sales associate. We have already recommended Bill to family and friends and look forward to seeing his continued success with the organization. More
