Very friendly check-in and customer service agent for this major recall. Vehicle was nicely cleaned and ready for pickup at estimated time. I was given a new loaner vehicle to use for 3 days which allo this major recall. Vehicle was nicely cleaned and ready for pickup at estimated time. I was given a new loaner vehicle to use for 3 days which allowed me to test drive a different model. Minor point, but new oil was required for this work, and oil minder was not reset. More

I’m very happy with the work that you have done. My one complaint is your process for checking people out. The average time over these last 2 years has been between 20-30 waiting to get checkout, My one complaint is your process for checking people out. The average time over these last 2 years has been between 20-30 waiting to get checkout, knowing and seeing my car has been outside this whole time. You have the philosophy that whoever checks you in must check you out. It does not work, that person so often is working with someone else, hence the 20-30 delay before I can get out of Acura. Please rethink your process. People should be able to jump in and get that person processed and out the door. The checkout gets me upset every time I have appts. More
