Service department is the worst that I've experienced - ever. Took the car in a week ago, just 2 weeks after purchasing it for a loose piece on door. Was told a part needed to be ordered and it would be in Monday. It is Thursday and no word, so I called parts and they said it was not ordered. I've been waiting a week and come to find out, as I suspected, it wasn't even ordered by my service advisor. The parts person just called me back and was awesome and ordered it and said it would be in tomorrow. However, my trust is already gone and I will take it elsewhere. Because while there, it was supposed to be checked for an electrical clicking sound. They told me this is normal and when I picked up the car, the service form said client (me) says it's clicking upon start up. I never said that. It makes a clicking noise off and on the entire time I'm driving it. For example, I drove it home from the dealership and the entire 1.5 hours (bad traffic, is normally 50 min drive), it clicked and made this sound in multiple spots. Normal? No. Beyond that, when I purchased the vehicle, I noticed when I got it home day of purchase that the oil life maintenance said 30% left on oil. I asked Jorge and he said the oil was changed when it was certified, I'll have them reset the oil maintenance reminder while in the shop today. I pick it up and that wasn't done either. So, I went onto youtube to watch a tutorial to figure out how to do it myself and did so. However, I wonder if it was truly changed. Which is true, that they forgot twice to reset it, or they didn't actually even change the oil. How would I know and be certain. The level of service, lack of service rather, and the lack of attention to needs/details, and lack of communication from this service department is below professional standards. I've emailed Jorge multiple times and left a vm with his extension provided. Disappointed beyond measure. Looking to take it to different Acura for service because my location, I can get to a different location just as quickly as Sarasota, so no use in my driving there as it's no more convenient than another location for me. More

I drove 3 hrs to buy and trade in a car with them after numerous calls and emails were made due to me not living within close proximity to the dealership.
