I have 67,000 miles on my vehicle and the service department has always done a fine job of keeping my car in top shape, The only downside is that the best ever service advisor is no longer with Gette department has always done a fine job of keeping my car in top shape, The only downside is that the best ever service advisor is no longer with Gettel. So, I was scheduled to meet with Christine but she was also no longer there and was directed Steve who had only work there for 4-days. I also had an appointment to meet with an associate to give me a quotation to buy my vehicle and he was no longer there. Not sure the reason for the sudden rapid turnover with the associates. However, I still give the service center 5 stars. Of the persons listed below, I did not work with any of them, my new advisor was Steve. Will he still be working there for my next appointment? More
First time buying car remotely over Internet and they really helped make it less painful. Malcolm, my salesman did a great job of virtually walking me through and showing me vehicle. Kimberly was great however twice I've brought my car in and found something that wasn't 100% after leaving. The first time was my battery last year. Service said it was fine but driving away a message came and found something that wasn't 100% after leaving. The first time was my battery last year. Service said it was fine but driving away a message came up saying it was failing. Returned and it was replaced. Why mark it as good if it wasn't. After my appointment this time I asked that my tires be balanced and rotated. They were but the air in them wasn't good. 37 in 2 tires and 39 in the other two? It's not a big thing but if your striving for excellence, why not go the extra step? More
