Always ready to help! The brakes on my new Nautilus were making a loud screeching noise as though the parking brake were engaged. Great ! I and the other 3 customers I was with in the waiting area, all had a great experience with Lou our service adviser. I have experience with auto dealerships throughout New England from the smallest to the Largest from the most basic an no amenities to the most luxurious and filled with amenities and free meals and services dealerships and Gervais Ford is my favorite of them all. My opinion is not because it is my local Ford Dealer but because of the Ownership and the Team they maintain. This is why Gervais Ford remains in our community when other dealerships have disappeared or were absorbed by mega superstores. Thank you Gervais Ford and the Gervais Family. More

Tire pressure problem Low tire pressure warning on dashboard. Could not identify any obvious problem. Pumped up tire. Warning returned after a couple of weeks. Went to Gerv Low tire pressure warning on dashboard. Could not identify any obvious problem. Pumped up tire. Warning returned after a couple of weeks. Went to Gervais to have it checked out. Car brought in right away. Service technician found the problem (a well hidden nail), repaired the tire, and had me back on the road very quickly. The charge was minimal and quite reasonable for the service. No complaints and excellent service. More
