engine light I always cringe when i see an engine light. It is what it is and the bill is usually big for a F350. The ford team at Gervais takes care of it the b I always cringe when i see an engine light. It is what it is and the bill is usually big for a F350. The ford team at Gervais takes care of it the best they can because they know it will be a big bill. They contacted me right away and told me what the error codes were, estimated cost and time to complete. Recommend they contact customers with cost estimates via email. It would be easier to read and call with questions rather than hearing the fixes over the phone. That way the customer can do some research to understabd the fixes and call later. I understand time is important and they want permission to start work asap, but I'd prefer a call to check the repair estimate email and call back. I've never had a bad experience with Gervais Ford!! More
