Careless work that took too long Took longer than it ever has to get an oil change. Once I finally got back in my car and turned it on, my check engine light was on. Had other things to get done so went to leave anyways, until I was pulling out and the car was vibrating and brakes were not working properly that I almost was in an accident. Turned around to go back, turns out the tech left something loose or unplugged, which "happens every time" I was told. Thank gosh I wasn't in an accident! I would have definitely taken it to court. Also, asked for my tires to be filled and that was not done, but yet they were rotated. More

I purchased a used - but steill under warranty - Ford from another dealer, and brought it to Gervais for warranty service on two occasions. In both instances, I dealt with knowledgable folks, and the wor from another dealer, and brought it to Gervais for warranty service on two occasions.
