Had my truck in for a warranty issue and their service team added $2600.00 of profit into the warranty service quote. Hourly labor was exorbitant at $239/hour. I have used this dealership for 4 years and until last visit was very pleased. A rookie mistake happened to me and scared me to death. I had a routine oilchange and a recall done. When I left realized I visit was very pleased. A rookie mistake happened to me and scared me to death. I had a routine oilchange and a recall done. When I left realized I had no breaks. Called Lou who sent a technician to my house. Seems that a hose was disconnected to complete the recall and not reconnected thus no breaks. I live close and made it home but the outcome could have much different 😕. So I quess not happy about last visit. More

The Service department at Gervais is first rate. They provide excellent service at a competitive price. I'm much less impressed with the 2020 Ford Explorer I'm leasing. It has had to go into the shop way too may times for a new vehicle. Recently I needed to have the A/C serviced, something I have never had to do on any of the Fords I owned in the past. Even vehicles over 10 years old with 200K miles on them and the Explorer has 21Kon it. More

On day 1 of our much anticipated vacation, we were driving from NJ to NH when our 2000 Ford Explorer had a transmission fluid leak and we ended up stranded in Ayer, MA. Little did we know then how for driving from NJ to NH when our 2000 Ford Explorer had a transmission fluid leak and we ended up stranded in Ayer, MA. Little did we know then how fortunate we were to have ended up at Gervais Ford. EVERYONE there was so friendly and super helpful. The part was no longer in stock as it's an older vehicle, but they were able to get some other parts and fix it so that we could continue on our way and not ruin our vacation. Everyone in the Service Dept was so kind and went out of their way to help us out. The mechanic thought outside of the box to figure out a way to get the Explorer fixed. I can't thank the folks at Gervais Ford enough for getting us on the road safely so we could enjoy the rest of the vacation. If we lived closer, they would definitely be the place we would go for all of our Ford needs. Thanks! More
