First of all, the salesperson that my wife and I worked with was helpful (which is why I haven't included his/her name in this review); however, the sales manager, Cecil, is a complete fraud. Long story short, he did everything in his power to trick us into buying one of their vehicles at MSRP with an unreasonable interest rate. Plus, he continuously tried to switch us to cars that we didn't want! That guy was a typical "used car salesperson" who thinks that his customers don't know their left from right or basic math. Their selection is mediocre at best and we ended up walking after hours of wasted time. We ended up driving back towards Charlotte and got the car we wanted at an excellent price elsewhere (review to come soon). The "Gerry Wood Commitment" is definitely not worth the time or effort, in my experience, and I would not refer this dealership to anyone if my life depended on it! More
