I am a single female who knows nothing about cars. I bought my Honda CRV because of the size, the looks, and the way the car fits my needs. Ray Schreiner has been the person I have depended on for the bought my Honda CRV because of the size, the looks, and the way the car fits my needs. Ray Schreiner has been the person I have depended on for the past 5 years to help guide me in taking care of my car properly. I trust him completely to tell me what I need for my car and to give me a fair price. There are other places in town that would service my car - but - there is no other place in town that I trust like Ray and Gerry Wood Honda. More
Our salesman, Gary Junker, was very personable and friendly, answering questions but not "pushy" as has been my experience at other dealerships. I purchased my car today 2010 Nissan Maxima. I had the best experience in my life. I got the car I wanted and I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership and I have less than perfect credit but they best experience in my life. This dealership went out of their way to help find a solution when my dark jeans dyed the seat in my new van. This was the second dealership I had visited the first said they could not do any thing abou solution when my dark jeans dyed the seat in my new van. I've never come across A+ service like this before. Ray went out of his way from start to finish! He took the time to listen to my family's needs and then put the best options in front of us, not what Ray went out of his way from start to finish! I could not have been more pleased with my experience at GerryWood Honda of Salisbury. From the minute I drove up and the service door was raised to allow my entry, I was impressed. Ray Schreiner met me at GerryWood Honda of Salisbury. From the minute I drove up and the service door was raised to allow my entry, I was impressed. Ray Schreiner met me at my car door with a smile on his face and a willingness to please. Within minutes he estimated how much it would cost to repair minor body damage(sanding and repainting)on my Acura RDX and to replace a busted speaker. He assured me that Honda would happily take care of the recalls on my daughter's CRV,too. When I arrived in the CRV, I was again greeted with a smile. I received a courtesy call when the recalls were complete. I drove my RDX in to make the vehicle exchange and was once again made to feel welcome and appreciated. I was blown away when I returned later in the day (after another courtesy call) to pick up my RDX. My 2007 RDX looked brand new! The minor damage had been sanded and repainted beautifully! The technician even touched up and renewed areas on the car that I had not expected! The speaker sounds great, too! Ray Schreiner seemed to be as thrilled as I was about the way my car looked. He walked me to the cashier and stayed with me until it was my turn to pay. He then walked me back to my car and once again expressed his appreciation. I had been a little hesitant to bring my car to a dealership because I had always heard that you would be taken advantage of. I do not feel at all that way after my experience at GerryWood Honda. I honestly do not think that I could have been more pleased with the outcome. Thank you! More
Devon Clark helped my husband and I with all the questions we had about the program we were trying to use when looking to purchase a new Honda Civic.He answered all questions and worked with us as w questions we had about the program we were trying to use when looking to purchase a new Honda Civic.He answered all questions and worked with us as w desided to purchase the Civic, he helped program the radio and shp\owed us all the new options and how to work them.we were given a tour of the iol change area and the maintenance shop and introduced to the machanices in the lub area. All of the people we met there were polite and curtious to us and very helpful. Devon explained about the extended warrenty and how it worked, what was needed to keep it in force. We want to thank Devon and everyone at Gerry Wood Honda for their help. More
My Honda accord was having problems. It was diagnosed as a bad battery. Two days later, I was back at dealership. When they realized it was another problem that was missed, they fixed it for FREE!! I am so a bad battery. Two days later, I was back at dealership. When they realized it was another problem that was missed, they fixed it for FREE!! I am so thankful for that.
