He asked what we were interested in and then spent several hours with us working to find us the perfect SUV for us. He listened to our comments and answered all our questions so we could make our decision on what car to purchase. We purchased the perfect car for us at a price we were comfortable with. The worst dealership I saw a car and test drove it. Gave them my offer and got a text from their sales person with a counter offer and I agreed and drove 40 minutes to the I saw a car and test drove it. Took all my info, pulled my credit report and as we finalized after an hour or so I was told by another member while I was sitting that they can't sale the car and said they thought the offer is for a different car and didn't even care for my time, experience and even pulling my credit report. It was the worst experience and I hope people think twice before visiting that dealership. They are crooks More
