I Am No Longer a Loyal Customer I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L from GWH in July 2014 and had a great experience. I have had all of my services performed by them also. W I purchased my 2014 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L from GWH in July 2014 and had a great experience. I have had all of my services performed by them also. While I was there on 11/11/17 getting my car serviced I decided to look at the 2017 Hybrid. I found a Touring and after going back and fourth I was given a price of 29,500 out the door with my car (that has 41,000 miles) as a trade. I decided that was too high and left. The salesman, Alvin, called me back and said that they were willing to sell the 2017 Hybrid Touring that I looked at for 28,000.00. I asked for the VIN# and found that it was not the car I thought we were negotiating on at all. I had test drove the Demo (they wanted $32,461.58 out the door for that one) and one other vehicle that I had taken a picture of the window sticker of with the VIN#. I asked him to send me the window sticker on the one they are offering for 28,000 and it was the same color and appeared to have the same options. I sent him a text and asked him to call me....I never heard back from him. I went to dealership Saturday night, November 18, 2017, since I was in the area of Concord (I live on the other side of Charlotte and it is about 40-45 minutes drive to GWH). I met with my original salesman, Travis, and explained the situation. I test drove the one that the 28,000 was given for and then test drove the same vehicle just a different color. After I drove the vehicle and decided that I would purchase it, I wanted to know what the new amount would now be. I told them that I was actually $600-700 off the original amount I thought I owed on my car and it was actually less. A few minutes later they came back and said that Alvin was new and he gave me the wrong information on the vehicle and they were wanting to sell me a base or EX-L hybrid for the 28,000.00!! They went back up on the Touring to over the $29,500 that was given to me on 11/11/17. They were also told that I had my own financing all I needed was the final $$ and I would make the call since it is a Credit Union and they are available 24/7. The amount they were giving me for my trade was nothing and they were eating it back up in fees. These people are liars!! I have pictures and text message(s) about the car. I am not a stupid female and I keep notes on everything (part of my job) so I don't know who they think they are pulling one over on but it is not me!! I have never said anything bad about this dealership in all the years that I have dealt with them. I am a loyal person and customer. THIS MEANS NOTHING TO THEM!! I am questioned all the time about my car and I have always said to go the GWH but NEVER AGAIN!! I am going to buy a new vehicle but it will not be from them. This experience has left a bad taste for not only the dealership but for HONDA. I have been a loyal Honda owner on (mostly) and off since 1985. I may have to change that also. ***Footnote: During my 11/18/17 test drive Travis said that people are not wanting to buy used Hybrids because of the battery replacement at 100,000 miles and that is why they don't have a great resale value!! This is the same car that I currently drive and am looking at buying again!! I only wanted to update my car for the new technology. I will owe less than $13,000.00 with my next car payment I was very surprised that he said this and still don't understand where this came from. I can buy a non Hybrid for less $$ but I really do like my car. I am not concerned about replacing the battery. I just wanted updated technology and I like the 2017 body style and interior better than the 2018 (non-Hybrid but same everything else) that I test drove the night before at a different dealership closer to my home More

Best first-time car buying experience you could want For my first time buying a new car, this was the best experience I could have asked for. Jordan Mammano was extremely helpful, informative, fast, and was able to get me exactly what I wanted, even beating another dealership. I originally went to Scott Clark Honda in Charlotte, but the salesman I got there was, unfortunately, the stereotypical "slimy salesman," who was pushy, insistent, misleading, and flat-out lied to me, so I walked out without finishing the deal. Jordan, however, was completely the opposite. He wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted as opposed to only caring about making the sale. And it's not every day that you can say you did half of the car-buying process via text and email! I also worked with Dillon Brewer, who was equally helpful. Dillon explained my various financing options such as gap insurance and warranties, and instead of being pushy to get me to add these, he explained what they are, what they cover, why some people do and don't choose to get them, and some examples of how they could come in handy, leaving the final choice up to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership (and Jordan specifically) to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda vehicle. More

This young man did not mind that it was near closing time and went above and beyond to show us the options that were in our price range. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about the differences in the options. We decided to come back the following day and deal with the same sales person, who did a great job in closing the deal. Everyone we encountered from that point forward was also very nice and provided excellent customer service. More
