I had a unique problem with my new Tahoe. After it set for a week the battery went dead. I took my Tahoe in and was told it was in the wi-fi settings because I had a metal roof on my home. I came home and made changes to my internet configuration to accept the Tahoe when in the garage. Ina week the battery went dead. So I returned to your service department to find a new service manager, Roger. He took my problem under his wing, explained how time consuming and difficult it was going to be to locate the problem. Fixed me up with a loaner and began the task of diagnosing where this needle is in the haystack of electronics. After a little over 3 weeks, having kept me informed almost daily, the problem was located and solved. I’m in my 70’s and purchased several vehicles and have never been better taken care of than your service manager, Roger. The first vehicle sold to a customer is in sales and the rest is sold in service. With Roger in charge you will do well. More
New truck was towed to Gerry Raymond. Vehicle wasn’t diagnosed until 2 days later. I was told paying customers take priority to my warranty work. I was told the day it was towed that there would be a loaner vehicle available if I needed it. Asked about the loaner car the day after it was towed and I was told they had nothing available. Told me to call Enterprise only to find out that Gerry Raymond needed to make the call not me. When my vehicle was ready for pick up the mechanic just said that the truck would be ready in a hour he needed to charge my battery and that he would call back. I asked questions pertaining to the issue and most of my questions went unanswered. I got the call back in an hour as promised. Picked up the vehicle. Wasn’t able to talk to the rep in person but was told they replaced the battery. I was confused because I was told the original battery was being charged. More

No communication between the workers, they don’t do anything they say they will, we have had our vehicle in there several times to have work done since we’ve bought the vehicle and it’s been a complete anything they say they will, we have had our vehicle in there several times to have work done since we’ve bought the vehicle and it’s been a complete mess every time. I don’t even know if they changed the oil because there’s no mileage sticker and the oil sensor wasn’t reset. It’s kinda hard to follow everything for the warranty if the shop can’t keep track of maintenance. We will be switching service departments and will not recommend this dealership. The gentleman that sold us the car has been a pleasure to deal with but other than that I have nothing nice to say. More
