Service did not fix the problem after paying 1,300$. I returned it and they wanted to charge me another, "up to two hours labor fee". I made an online appt for an oil change to be done @ 09:00. When I checked in that person said OK have a seat in the waiting area and we'll get to it. About 15-20 mins later a different came to me and s 09:00. When I checked in that person said OK have a seat in the waiting area and we'll get to it. About 15-20 mins later a different came to me and stated I did not have an appt, but they would do the oil change. About 3 hours later the same guy came and told that since it was the first oil change before the car was 1 year old there was no charge. My question does your online service scheduling even work? More
