Agreed to a price with the sales manager. Got to the finance manager, who was trying to get me to sign without reading. Finance manager also got super emotional and was saying things under his breath like "you didn't even ask what the price on any of these options, but OKAYY." Pretty much everyone was cool, besides the emotional finance manager. Did not buy the car because of the finance manager. Total loser of a human. More

Issue with my 2024 Chevrolet. Been to Raymond 8-10 times over the last 10 months. Not fixed, kind of pathetic. Service tells you they will call but never do. Salesman was awesome the finance manger was not prepared, had to hunt him down just to sign paperwork. The deal made with my wife day before was a thousand dollar difference than the one we signed, when fin had to hunt him down just to sign paperwork. The deal made with my wife day before was a thousand dollar difference than the one we signed, when finance manager asked couldn’t get an answer but I had a text from her about the deal, it was not honored but my wife really wanted the car, so I let it go. Better communication is needed, my opinion. More
