It took 2. 5 hours to change plugs and wires on a 2018 gmc 2500 pickup truck, nothing was obstructing the plugs from being removed and or installed. I waited over 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter replacement and they were unable to even do the tire rotation and didn't sufficiently prime the fuel filter.
