Terrible experience with the service department resulting in me having to buy a new vehicle because they couldn’t fix my vehicle that had been in the shop for 5 weeks. Salesman lied and told me certain items in me having to buy a new vehicle because they couldn’t fix my vehicle that had been in the shop for 5 weeks. Salesman lied and told me certain items were “included in the price” but turned out was added on to the final price. Finance guy talked me into an additional warranty term that I didn’t realize was an extra charge until I read the paperwork after. Manager of the store never spoke to me to acknowledge that the reason I was having to buy a new vehicle was because the service department had left me without a vehicle for 5 weeks, even after I explained to the salesman and service manager that I had just had a new born baby and needed a vehicle to put a car seat in.
