My vehicle went in to be fixed in May, 2025, because it wasn’t running, they told me it needed a new engine, A used one would be $10,000 a new one would be $20,000. I can’t afford that, so I had it towed h wasn’t running, they told me it needed a new engine, A used one would be $10,000 a new one would be $20,000. I can’t afford that, so I had it towed home, a friend of mine brought over their scan tool that hooks up and it gives a code telling what’s wrong with the vehicle, just to double check what the dealership said, turns out it does not need a new engine, it is something very very minor compared to a new engine. I am so upset with this dealership. They charged me $220 to lie to me and say it needed a new engine. And that wasn’t the first time they lied, a couple years ago I asked them to change my lightbulb for my headlight while they were changing my oil, they said they could not just change just the bulb, They said they would have to order a whole new encasement which wiould run me a little over $300, come to find out you do not have to do that. You absolutely can just change the lightbulb by turning the tire & removing the mudflap. I bought this vehicle from the dealership in 2014 when it was one year old, I’ve had my oil changed there every time it needed changed. Will I buy another vehicle from the dealership? Doubtful. More

While my appointment was for 8 o'clock, they got me in there 8 o'clock. I had my car oil changed and a few more other things. I'd taken care of and I was in and out of there in an hour. It's a very comfortable place while I waited on my GMC It's a great place to get a vehicle prices are negotiable. I would recommend anyone stopping and checking out the GMC dealer in Winterville OH. I will go back again myself for my repairs. More
