They sold me a bummer used car… and never fixed anything right. Very poor service with everything and anything. Don’t buy from them ever! It took 2. 5 hours to change plugs and wires on a 2018 gmc 2500 pickup truck, nothing was obstructing the plugs from being removed and or installed. The reason I was given for the task taking that long is the tech had a hard time getting to the plugs. This just reinforces the reason I don't go to dealerships for service. I waited over 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter replacement and they were unable to even do the tire rotation and didn't sufficiently prime the fuel filter. They did not keep me upd and fuel filter replacement and they were unable to even do the tire rotation and didn't sufficiently prime the fuel filter. They did not keep me updated throughout the process and offered no apology or compensation for my wasted time. More
