My fiance and I brought our vehicle in to have a check engine light diagnostic and repairs done so we could pass state inspection...5 times we brought it back to them because the light never stopped comin engine light diagnostic and repairs done so we could pass state inspection...5 times we brought it back to them because the light never stopped coming back on. Charged us three separate times that added up to thousands of dollars and obviously, the work was never done , they installed malfunctioning parts, or they have a bad diagnostics computer. The mechanics don't know what they are doing. We took lyft cabs back and fourth which amounted to over 120 bucks. We missed work to accommodate their repeated add on nonsense. We actually stayed in the lobby twice all day waiting . We simply wanted to pass inspection. The truck was running fine, but in an attempt to terminate the check engine light we chose a major dealership in order to have quality, honest work performed. That is not what we received. We have notified the BBB and are seeking a refund as this is a totally unethical way to do business. More
Even though because of how things are going with the market these days we eventually got our Blazer. We are very pleased with the vehicle and how Diane our sales person walked me through all the new gad market these days we eventually got our Blazer. He weighed all options to make sure we got the best bang for our buck without trying to push more on us than we could handle. They brought our kids popcorn and offered drinks as well so they were very comfortable. Highly recommended! More
