I went in for my first oil change at 7000 miles was told the oil was not thick enough yet for free oil change and would have to pay for it. Went in to talk to sales manager because he told me three months a the oil was not thick enough yet for free oil change and would have to pay for it. Went in to talk to sales manager because he told me three months ago to come see him if i had a problem, he wouldnt talk to me and directed me to someone else. When I became irate by this I was thrown out of the dealership and told they didnt care if i every bought another vehicle from them (this was my third). This will be the last time I buy anything from any Gerry Lane Ent. dealership More
